Angélica María González is a nationally recognized attorney, advocate, and mother of five whose life's work sits at the intersection of legal excellence and community service. A proud Latina and daughter of an immigrant father, she founded Justicia Divina Law to bring big-law expertise to every client — without the big-law price tag — and to ensure that justice is never a privilege reserved for the few.

Angélica earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2019, where she was nominated for the National Jurist Law School Student of the Year award and received numerous scholarships, including the King County Bar Association Scholarship, the Mexican American Legal Defense Scholarship, the Dean's Diversity Scholarship, and several others recognizing her academic achievement and commitment to equity. During law school, she studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, where she arbitrated complex transnational commercial disputes at the Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce — an experience that deepened her understanding of international legal frameworks. She also served as a Judicial Extern for Washington Supreme Court Justice Steven González, conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on case findings and opinions.

Beyond the courtroom, Angélica is one of Washington State's most prominent voices on childcare, family policy, and equity. In 2021, she testified before the U.S. House Committee on Education and Labor at the legislative hearing "Solving America's Child Care Crisis: Supporting Parents, Children, and the Economy." That same year, she was featured in an NBC News segment on the challenges facing working women, and was interviewed on the Today Show about the impact of remote learning on children. In 2023, she was honoured as a guest at President Biden's State of the Union Address, and delivered remarks alongside Senators Patty Murray and Bernie Sanders at a Washington, D.C. news conference on childcare access.

Angélica serves as President of HNBA Region 16 (2022–present), previously served as Vice President of Development for the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington (2019–2021), and has been a Board Member of the Washington Children's Campaign Fund since 2018. Her passion for immigration law, shaped by her own family's story, drives her commitment to equal treatment for all — regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. As a mother of five, she brings a deeply personal understanding to every family law matter, child advocacy case, and domestic violence representation she takes on.
